extension to its Paris data centre campus. The project has
been delivered on budget and ahead of programme.

Fitch Ratings-London-23 November 2011: Fitch Ratings has
affirmed Global Switch Holdings Ltd's (Global Switch) Long-term
Issuer Default Rating (IDR) and senior unsecured rating at 'BBB'
with a Stable Outlook. "Further to its EUR600m 2018 bond issue in
April 2011, Global Switch retains strong credit metrics, with
leverage on a loan-to-value basis at around 20%," says Jean-Pierre
Husband, a Director in Fitch's EMEA Industrials and Property team.
"Global Switch's financial structure could absorb a possible
further downturn in global economic activity."

Global Switch, the leading data centre provider in Europe and
Asia Pacific, has received Planning Consent from JTC Corporation to
build a best-in-class SGD$300 million fully-fitted data centre in
Singapore. This is the second major planning consent Global
Switch has received within a year, Sydney having received full
planning to build a second facility adjacent to its existing data
centre, already the largest of its kind in the Southern
Hemisphere.

Moody's Investors Service has today assigned final ratings to
Global Switch Holdings Limited of Baa3 long-term issuer rating and
Baa3 rating to the 5.5.% EUR600 million senior unsecured notes due
18 April 2018. The outlook for all ratings is stable.

launched its inaugural bond transaction.

Moody's Investors Service has today assigned to Global Switch
Holdings Limited a provisional (p)Baa3 long-term issuer rating and
a provisional (p)Baa3 rating to a proposed EUR500 million senior
unsecured bond. The outlook for all assigned ratings is stable.
This is the first time Moody's has rated Global Switch, a real
estate operating company that owns, acquires, manages and develops
data centres with six in Europe, two in Asia Pacific and a ninth
under construction in Paris. The company's carrier-neutral data
centres offer wholesale, multi-tenanted space on medium to
long-term leases.
