Our infrastructure is designed to cope with all your environmental and cooling requirements - even the extraordinary demands of the latest high density server technologies. We’ll work with you to:

- balance air flows where necessary
- deliver all your cooling and environmental needs
All our facilities offer primary cooling infrastructure, centrally managed and linked to BMS. We typically provide 600-750 watts per sq m cooling power for IT equipment - you can check individual facilities in our Locations section for site-specific details. Other key features include:
- Room Air Conditioning Units (RACU's)
- regulated humidity within a constant range
- chilled water HVAC system with no environmentally hazardous refrigerants
- flexible chilled water arrangements to cater for Direct Piped and Down Flow Air Conditioning Units
- adjustable floor grills to achieve balanced air flows
- planned preventative maintenance and 24x7 on-site engineers
- critical Service Level Agreements (SLA's) on cooling provision
