We build and design our facilities to the highest possible specifications. We also design-in maximum flexibility. This provides highly resilient space with supporting M&E infrastructure that you can adapt to suit your needs.

We start with basic uniform and modular environments that are constructed to support heavy loads and deliver spatial efficiency through:

• a concrete/steel superstructure
• large floor-to-ceiling heights
• raised floors
• regular column spacing

You get flexibility because we don’t fully build out the space until you decide what you need. When you’ve chosen your space, our project management teams work with you to fit it out to meet your key specifications.

To maximise resilience, we maintain 24x7 operational control over the building, ensuring each site is well managed, monitored and maintained.

We also build-in N+1 provisioning on all critical services, provide state-of-the-art security systems, and document every aspect of the building.
