An experienced customer services professional, Ashley joined Global Switch in 2021 as Group Director, Customer Services.

Career

Before joining Global Switch, Ashley was Director Customer Success EMEA at DocuSign, where he maximised customers’ experience through the integration of structured processes and led the growth of new and existing accounts by developing and implementing customer relationship strategies. Prior to this, Ashley was Director Customer Care at IHS Markit, a global provider of business-critical data and analytics where he maximised customer experience and successfully implemented a customer product user enablement portal. He initially held the role of Regional Sales Education Specialist (EMEA) for the company and improved the channel sales performance by spearheading the global channel partner training initiative.

A large part of Ashley’s earlier career was in Training and Development where he identified skill gaps, and focused on developing and implementing programmes to increase staff productivity.

Responsibilities at Global Switch

In his role as Group Director, Customer Services, Ashley oversees the management, performance and development of the customer services teams across Global Switch. He is responsible for leading the customer services strategy, building strong relationships with new and existing customers and ensuring they receive a consistently high-quality service, as well as the promotion of Global Switch’s data centre services.
