Global Switch becomes NVIDIA DGX-Ready Data Centre partner
London, 07 July 2025 – Global Switch, a leading owner, operator and developer of large-scale network dense data centres across Europe and Asia-Pacific, today announced that its data centres in Amsterdam and Paris have been certified by NVIDIA as NVIDIA DGX-Ready Data Centres, capable of supporting liquid-cooled NVIDIA DGX GB200 systems. This certification further enhances GlobalSwitch’s ability to support advanced AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) workloads, reinforcing its longstanding track record in enabling high-density infrastructure deployments.
The NVIDIA DGX-Ready Data Centre certification demonstrates that Global Switch meets rigorous criteria required by NVIDIA for hosting NVIDIA DGX systems, enabling enterprises and service providers to accelerate their AI workloads confidently.
The news follows last month’s opening of a state-of-the-art presentation suite inside Global Switch’s London East data centre, showcasing four cutting-edge liquid cooling solutions. The suite remains open for partners wishing to witness the flexibility of Global Switch’s infrastructure first-hand, as liquid cooling solutions are increasingly deployed to support demanding AI and HPC workloads.
Ashley Muldoon, CEO of Global Switch, said: “Achieving the NVIDIA DGX-Ready Data Centre certification demonstrates our commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology environments for our customers. With our extensive experience managing high-density AI infrastructure, Global Switch remains at the forefront of the retail colocation space.”
Global Switch already supports some of NVIDIA’s largest partners, such as CoreWeave, which earlier this year announced one of Europe’s largest deployments of NVIDIA Hopper-based systems at Global Switch’s London data centre campus. Being a DGX-Ready Data Centre partner further strengthens Global Switch’s position as a critical partner in enabling next-generation technological advancements.
“Organisations are looking for a faster, more efficient path to deploy AI infrastructure as their projects scale in complexity,” said Tony Paikeday, senior director of AI systems at NVIDIA. “With Global Switch’s DGX-Ready Data Centre certification, customers gain access to environments purpose-built for high-performance, secure and reliable AI infrastructure deployments.”
Matthew Dent, Chief Commercial Officer of Global Switch, added: “The NVIDIA DGX-Ready Data Centre certification is another milestone in our ongoing investment and expansion strategy. As we continue redeveloping and densifying our portfolio of data centres, our scalable, flexible infrastructure ensures that our customers can confidently grow alongside us, leveraging our world-class facilities for their most demanding AI and HPC applications.”
As it continues to pursue its ambitious growth strategy, Global Switch is well-positioned to meet the escalating demand for high-density, high-performance computing environments. The company’s certified status assures customers of seamless integration, optimised performance, and robust scalability to support their AI ambitions well into the future.
