• Ashley Muldoon Chief Executive Officer

    Ashley joined Global Switch in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer, before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in January 2024. As COO, he was responsible for operational performance and product development, as well as directing the Group’s digital transformation. Today, he is leading the generation and execution of Global Switch’s ambitious development and densification programme.

    Ashley has over 30 years’ experience in the data centre and real estate industries, and was previously CEO at Multiplex, responsible for operations in the UK, Middle East and Canada.

  • Matthew Dent Chief Commercial Officer

    Matthew joined Global Switch as Chief Commercial Officer in 2018 and is responsible for driving business growth and commercial performance across Europe and Asia Pacific. He was also Group Property Director at the business from 2002 to 2006.

    Previously, Matthew was CEO of Volta Data Centres and Managing Director of Glebe Group, a property fund and asset manager.

  • Peter Domeney Chief Operating Officer

    Peter joined Global Switch in 2024 as Chief Operating Officer following a 40-year career in the automotive sector, in roles spanning Electrical Apprentice to CEO. At Global Switch, he leads operational transformation efforts across the Group.

    Peter previously held leadership roles at Ford Motor Company, Jaguar Land Rover and electric truck manufacturer Tevva.

  • Eoghainn Calder Chief Legal Officer

    Eoghainn joined Global Switch in 2020 as Chief Legal Officer, bringing with him over 25 years of legal experience. He advises the Board and the executive team on agreements, regulatory issues and corporate governance across Europe and Asia Pacific.

    Prior to Global Switch, Eoghainn was Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, having started his career at Linklaters

  • David Doyle Chief Financial Officer

    David joined Global Switch as Chief Financial Officer in 2014, having led financial operations at real estate and finance firms for almost 30 years.

  • Kate Appleton Group Human Resources Director

    Kate joined Global Switch in 2021. Since then, she has led digital transformation efforts within the Human Resources team and spearheaded new, internal employee engagement schemes.

    Kate has built and led People teams for over 20 years, with experience spanning retail and fashion, finance and pharmaceuticals.

  • Elliot Dittes

    Elliot Dittes Executive Group Director, Delivery

    Elliot is responsible for leading Global Switch’s Delivery teams around the world, currently executing a £4.5bn project portfolio to ensure the latest infrastructure is available flexibly and reliably across all of Global Switch’s sites.

    He was previously Project Director at Multiplex, responsible for residential and commercial real estate projects, and Senior Project Engineer at Lend Lease.

  • Maurice Thijssen

    Maurice Thijssen Group Director, Sales

    Maurice joined Global Switch as a Sales Executive in 2005. Today, he leads the Group’s Sales team, overseeing both Europe and Asia-Pacific, and catering to the needs of the full breadth of the market.

    Maurice started his career at industrial services company Stork.
