Global Switch’s London Liquid Cooling Suite is the only space of its kind in Europe where all five of the major liquid cooling technologies are available to experience live and in action, some for the very first time. The two-phase direct-to-chip system is the first operational demonstration outside of the US, the single-phase immersion tank is the first of its kind in Europe, and the two-phase immersion tank utilises an experimental fluid never before implemented outside of the US. Connected to an operational data centre and with dummy heating loads, the technology demonstrates as close to true-to-life operations as possible, delivered in collaboration with Global Switch’s selected technology partners:
- Vertiv: single-phase immersion liquid cooling, pipework and coolant distribution units
- Accelsius: two-phase, direct-to-chip liquid cooling
- Supermicro: single-phase, direct-to-chip liquid cooling
- Giga Computing: single-phase, direct-to-chip cooling and rear-door heat exchanger
- LiquidStack: two-phase immersion liquid cooling
- BP Castrol: heat transfer fluids
- As part of Global Switch’s flexible infrastructure, all these technologies are available to customers now.
