Whistleblowing
Global Switch is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency and accountability across all our operations. We provide safe, confidential and accessible ways for anyone working with or for Global Switch to report concerns about wrongdoing, risks or unethical conduct.
What You Can Report
You may raise concerns relating to:
- fraud, bribery or corruption
- harassment, discrimination or breaches of dignity at work
- health, safety or well-being risks
- environmental harm or regulatory breaches
- data protection or privacy issues
- financial misconduct or governance failures
- concealment of any wrongdoing
(Concerns about individual employment matters should be raised under our Grievance process unless they present broader risk.)
Protection From Retaliation
Global Switch does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Individuals are protected from dismissal, disadvantage, intimidation or any adverse treatment.
Confidentiality & Anonymity
We handle all reports confidentially and only share information where necessary to progress an investigation or if required by law. Anonymous reporting is available through our external channels.
How to Raise a Concern
You can report concerns through:
- Internal: Your Line Manager or the HR Director
- Alternative external channels: Where an individual believes it is not appropriate to raise the matter internally:

How We Respond
Global Switch follows a consistent and transparent process. We:
- acknowledge reports within 7 days
- assess whether the concern falls within scope
- conduct a proportionate investigation
- record cases in our Whistleblowing Register
- provide updates and, where possible, an outcome within 3 months
